Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States, Spain, Mexico and Chile.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery: usually 5–8 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free. Where available, you can choose express tracked shipping at checkout; the price is shown before you pay.
Import taxes and duties
Depending on your country and the value of your order, your local customs authority may charge import taxes (such as VAT or GST) or duties on delivery. Unless shown at checkout, these are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Order confirmation and tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If you don't receive it, or it doesn't work, contact us at hola@petvitalis.com.
Delays
If the delivery estimate has passed and your parcel hasn't arrived, please check the tracking and allow up to 2 extra days — carriers can be busy, especially in peak season. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at hola@petvitalis.com and we'll look into it.
Damaged or incomplete parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, take photos of the parcel and its contents and email hola@petvitalis.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll find a solution quickly.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please make sure your shipping details are correct and complete. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the extra shipping cost will be charged to you.
